Central African Republic

The Central African Republic (CAR) is a landlocked country located in Central Africa. It shares borders with six countries: Chad, Sudan, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, and Cameroon. With a population of approximately 4.7 million people, CAR is known for its rich cultural diversity and natural resources, including gold, diamonds, and timber. However, the country has faced significant challenges in recent years due to political instability, armed conflicts, and humanitarian crises. With a low Human Development Index and high poverty rates, CAR is working towards rebuilding its infrastructure, improving education and healthcare systems, and achieving lasting peace and stability.
